Glynton Park Angela Angie was the first Dartmoor Pony we owned and is responsible for us getting involved with the breed and purchasing and promoting these beautiful ponies. Angie was bought from Sue McCoombes of Uplands Stud. She was a 7 year old when we bought her and she had been extensively shown in hand but had not as yet been a childs pony. Upon our first inspection we knew she had the temperament and kindness to be suitable for our then 6 year old son Zac. So we bought her and the rest is history. She gave our two boys great years as a lead line and first ridden pony and also provided us with our first Lucky Valley Foal . As our boys had moved onto other ponies and we had decided not to get right into breeding we decided to sell her. Angie was purchased by Vicky Thompson and lives a life of luxury being ridden by two georgous girls and Im sure will breed some more lovely foals in the future.
Bannansville Tia Maria and Bannansville Muscat Tia and Muscat came to us from Bannasville stud to be broken and prepared for sale. From the moment they stepped off the float both ponies showed suvh wonderful personalities. Tia was a beutiful Part Bred MAre that would turn heads in any show ring were is Muscat was a cute and cheeky little kids pony form the start. After being broken in and shown at shows Tia and Muscat were advertised for sale. I had an enquiry form Kunnunnurra in WA looking for a kids pony for 4 young children. Muscat seemed to be everything Lance and Margaret Conley were after and soon after agreed to the sale. Margaret desperately wanted to purchase another pony and Tia was suggested as a possible pony and soon after was agreed upon. So soon after we said our sad farewell to two beautiful ponies, but happy in the knowledge they were going to be some much loved ponies on their arrival at Kunnunnurra. Margaret still keeps in touch and the ponies are both doing well.
