Wee-Ona Bojangles Sire: Senruf Mayday Dam: Shelanda Beau Velvet Bo is rising 7 years old now and we have owned him since he was 4 years old. Bo came to us as a just broken in pony. All three children have ridden him. Firstly he was used by Zac, until he outgrew him he is now being ridden by Joel for pony club and showing. Bo is a beautiful kind pony who is versatile and so keen to please. We have used Bo for Dressage, Campdrafting, Pony Club where is super quick, Jumping ,Showing in hand and under saddle including open hunter classes, he has also done lead rein classes. He is a very much loved member of our family. Bo's picture is featured on our home page as well as on our contact us page. Moorelanda Lady Bug Sire: Jai-Cee Lodge Black Magic Dam: Uplands Lady Heather Lady is rising 6 years old. We purchased Lady from the Moorelanda Stud as a two year old unbroken filly. Lady was shown lightly as a two year old and broken as a 3 year old. Lady has a beautiful nature wiht all three children now having used her for pony club. Zac rode her as a young just broken pony introducing her to pony club rallies, dressage and campdrafting. Joel moved onto Lady after deciding to retun to riding after a few years off. Lady has been a great confidence builder for Joel. Joel has competed in Pony Club Showing and Campdrafting with lady. Joel recently won a pony club campdraft on Lady along with winning many blue ribbons in pony club events with her . Lady has recently started being ridden by Abbey our 3 year old as a leading rein pony at pony lcub. She has accepted this role and is a lovely kind mare who never puts a foot wrong. Down the track we would love to breed a foal from Lady. Jai-Cee Lodge Just James Sire: Skye Mist Banjos Ballad Dam: Goulburn River Flow Jimmy is a rising 6 year old gelding. Jimmy was purchased as a 4 year old just broken pony. Jimmy is a beutiful pony that will excel in the showring or in Dressage with his beautiful long Mane and Tail and exceptional movement he really stands out from the crowd. He has spent many months now trail riding and chasing cows on our property, Jimmy is ridden by our eldest and from very limited showing he has excelled. In 2009 we attended the APSB show at Caboolture where Jimmy won champion Dartmoor Gelding and also winning 1st in Novice Purebred pony against other breeds. At the Dartmoor Breed show held at Boonah in April. After winning many firsts in the ridden classes for the day he was awarded Supreme Ridden Dartmoor Pony. A great achivevement for a lightly shown pony. Jimmy is now ready for a new home and will be going on trial in the coming weeks to a possible new home. Jimmy's photo is featured on our Links page. Karanah Park Maytino Sire: Senruf Mayday Dam: Shelanda Belle of the Ball Troy is now rising 4 years old. Troy was purchased as a weanling from Karanah Park in Victoria. Originally he was bought as a future stallion but we decided to not use him as a Stallion as he was not going to mature to a suitable height, so he was gelded and will now be used as a childs pony. Although small in stature he is a super sweet pony. Troy is currently being broken in and will be shown in hand and under saddle in 2010. We will be taking Troy out and about to pony club days, once broken in preparation for him to be sold in the future as a childs pony. Uplands Reuben Sire: Jai-Cee Lodge Black Magic Dam: Uplands Ruby Rose Reuben is rsing 3 year old. Reuben was bought form Uplands stud as a two year old and has already had success in the showring winning Champion Gelding at the 2008 Breed show. Reuben is going to be a super kids pony, infact he is more like a dog than a pony you just can't kick him out of the way. He has a super personality who would come inside and sit down and watch telly with you if you let him. Reuben is currently being broken in and will be shown in hand and under saddle in 2010. We will be taking Reuben out and about to pony club days, once broken in preparation for him to be sold in the future as a childs pony. Reuben is pictured below, yes he is unbroken. |
